First Step Co., Ltd. since established in 1997, had been keeping a clear mission that everything we do will achieve superexcellence and we are trying to seek any opportunity from the internal and external to fulfill our development, to guarantee our personnel pleasant in mood, rich in life.
*In 1997: the founder Mr. Ren Qinwu built up from nothing, establishing Qindao First Step Co., Ltd.. Although there were only 4-5 staff at that time, all of them were diligent, hardworking and united, starting the hard struggle and accumulating the experience and power for its beautiful future.
*In 2001: Qindao Saida Shoes Co., Ltd. was set up in Laixi city. Its coming into existence is of great meaning to the growth of First Step, which symbolized that our company progressed from the simplex business in imports and exports to integration with producing and trade. From then on, First Step ran on the fast lane of its development.
*In 2002: Guangdong Office was established. Though several years’ development, First Step gradually found its proper position in the fierce market. After meticulous market search, it made an important adjustment of the developing way, which was from dealing in shoes of low grade to stepping forward the leather shoes of high grade selling in American market. Fortunately, Guangdong was the important base of producing the leather shoes. So, the establishment of Guangdong Office can help our company get the latest and most valuable market information, and also make sure the better service and higher quality.
* In 2002: Wenzhou Office was established. Wenzhou is another shoe city in China, is the home of imitating leather shoes of middle grade. In order to meet the clients’ requirement, as well as to extend our business and enrich the products category, we brought Wenzhou into our developing plan.
*In 2003: Qindao Sunway Shoes Co., Ltd. was set up in Laixi city. This new factory’s setting up improved a lot the capacity of producing, developing and selling, which enabled First Step to spring up to a rather influential producing and trading company imports and exports of the Northern China.
*In 2006: Gordon Rush Footwear Factory come into existence. First Step now has abundant capital after 4 years’ development in Guangdong. In order to step further and consolidate American market, we set up Gordon Rush Footwear Factory with investing huge money. We believe that this new factory will enhance greatly the development of First Step, enabling it to be one of the most influential shoes company in China at an early date.
*In 2600: After 10 years’ progress, Qingdao headquarter now has almost 30 personnel. Now the original office is unable to meet our growth, so First Step purchased the best CBD called “Top Yihe International” and will move into the new office at the end of this year. We are now right here waiting for meeting the customers from the domestic and abroad, providing you first-class service and high grade products. |
